Once upon a time, the Bisquick box included a recipe for Coffee Cake. Growing up, this was one of my FAVORITE foods. Truth be told, it’s still among my faves… I was reading on one of my cooking boards online, many years ago, and one of the posters asked for the recipe. It had suddenly disappeared from the box!!! The box I had in my cupboard happened to still have the recipe. I posted it and have saved the recipe for myself and the tradition of Coffee Cake for breakfast for my kids!
I’ve shared this fave food with many people, most recently and friend and her family. My friend told me that her daughter ate almost the whole thing, all her self!!! The girl loves it.
So, I am now happy to share, once again, this long-time family favorite recipe…. enjoy it with your family this week.
